Refund Policy for Nexus CME SoCal Courses

This refund policy applies to all paid registrants of educational courses and conferences managed by Nexus CME SoCal.

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

• 30 days or more prior to the course start date: Full refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee.

• 15–29 days prior to the course start date: 50% refund of the registration fee.

• 14 days or fewer prior to the course start date: No refunds will be issued.

• No-shows: No refunds will be granted.

Registrants may request to transfer their registration to another individual within their organization at no additional cost if the request is received prior to the course start date.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness and consistency while supporting the operational commitments involved in planning our educational activities.
